The organizer of the raffle is Weinkellerei Hechtsheim GmbH, Rheinhessenstrasse 25, 55129 Mainz.
The raffle content includes a city trip to Budapest. The winner will be notified by Weinkellerei Hechtsheim GmbH after the competition. By participating in the raffle, the participant accepts these conditions of participation without any restrictions. The mechanics of participation include the purchase of a promotional product Hans Baer and uploading the receipt on the sweepstakes website.

All those who have adhered to the entry mechanics and the entry deadline in accordance with the conditions of entry will be entered into the draw. Participation via the involvement of third parties, e.g. sweepstake agencies, is excluded. In addition, each person may participate in a selection process only once; repeated participation will result in loss of eligibility.
The sweepstakes registration/entry mechanics will be described on the sweepstakes website and must be received by August 31, 2023. Late entries will not be considered in the draw, regardless of the reason for the delay. Weinkellerei Hechtsheim GmbH cannot be held responsible for any technical malfunctions, in particular network, electronic or computer failures.
The contents and mechanics of the competition are described in the conditions of participation. The winner will be informed by phone/email no later than 4 weeks after the closing date. The winner must provide personal feedback within 7 days of the announcement of the winner. Any liability for damages on the part of Weinkellerei Hechtsheim GmbH and its executive bodies, employees and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the competition, irrespective of the legal grounds, is excluded and, moreover, limited, insofar as provided by law at all, to cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability is accepted for defects of title or quality. The announcement of the winner is made without guarantee.
In case of violation of these conditions of participation, Weinkellerei Hechtsheim GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition (even without giving reasons).
The participant authorizes Weinkellerei Hechtsheim GmbH to publish pictures in social media (including Facebook and Instagram) within the scope of this competition and to use them for its own advertising purposes free of charge. License claims cannot be asserted.
The data provided by the participant will be electronically processed and stored by Weinkellerei Hechtsheim GmbH for the duration of the competition for the purpose of carrying out and processing the competition. The participant agrees to this storage and the associated transfers between the organizer and service provider in accordance with DSGVO. The personal data stored for the competition will be deleted after the competition has been completed. The participant is entitled to request information about which content is stored by which persons and can request deletion of the data at any time.
